This grill is absolutely amazing! I loved watching the instructional videos and learning about the company history - it really gave some extra meaning to the product. And let me tell you, the ribs and chicken I cooked turned out incredible! This grill has definitely earned a permanent place next to my other grills.

Rug purchase
I've actually ordered from this company like three times already and everything was fine until my last purchase. I had to keep bugging them for updates on when my order was gonna arrive, especially on this expensive rug I got. They kept giving me different shipping dates, but two weeks passed and the rug still hadn't been sent out. And on top of that, the customer service folks were no help at all. They basically made me feel like I was making the whole thing up. I was so fed up with their awful service that I just ended up canceling my order. Not planning on buying anything from them again.
