Personal toys for Christmas present
The products from this brand are awesome, but man, the shipping was a real letdown. I splurged on rush shipping to get my personal toys in time for Christmas, but they didn't show up until the week after. I shelled out an extra $15 for that, too. Bummer.

Party dress
The process of ordering was easy, with a website that was simple to use and payment options that were convenient. However, I was a little disappointed with the lack of choices when it came to dresses, so I ended up going with my second favorite option. The service was just okay; it would have been nice to have more updates about where my order was at. The price I paid was fair for the quality of the dress that I got. My package arrived quickly and the contents were well-protected. In general, I was happy with what I bought, but I do think they could do better in terms of their selection and customer service.

Late shipment and lack of communication
I recently bought something and man, I'm so bummed about the service. I ordered it a few weeks back and even splurged on the fast shipping, only to find out when I reached out that it's gonna be another 10-14 days before I get it. They didn't even mention anything about delays on the website, and the fact that the company didn't keep me in the loop is just not cool.

Blue crossbody bag purchase
I just bought this awesome blue crossbody bag from this company and I have to tell you, I am seriously impressed with how nice it is. The bag is so sleek and stylish, and it's just the right size for all my stuff. The leather is really soft and the way it's made is just great. I've already gotten a bunch of compliments on it and I'm totally satisfied with my buy.
