Delayed baggage, damaged item
I just went through a real headache when my luggage went missing for two weeks and then showed up with one item all messed up. Dealing with the paperwork to fix it was a total pain, super confusing. The people on the phone were nice enough, but they didn't really do much to help out or check back in. Overall, this whole thing has been a total nightmare.

Hoodies and Tee-Shirts
I got some really cool hoodies and t-shirts from this place, the fabric is so soft and they look amazing. The t-shirts are perfect for the summer because they're so breathable. The colors still look great even after washing it a bunch of times. I know it took a little while for my order to arrive, but hey, good things come to those who wait, right? And when I had some issues with my order, they fixed it right away and were really cool about it. I definitely recommend them!
