I have had this scooter for one year and live in the midwest, so only used it for about half of that time. I'd say once to twice a week I took a ride on it and now it will not hold a charge for more than 1 minute of use.. I am hoping that they will honor their product and understand that this battery should not have failed in such a short time as I always kept the scooter charged after use and unplugged within 24 hrs of charging. Waiting for a response and will update.
