I didn't think the quality of the items was bad but the sizes were definitely not what is quoted on their site. When I inquired about returning they offered me a $3 refund for each 31.99 purchase or I could ship them back to China for a full refund. The cost to ship the package back was $41.50. More than the item is worth. Just beware if you're not 100% in love with it when you buy it that making returns is not cost effective.
