Overcharged Annual Fee
I want to give a shoutout to the customer service rep who helped me out - you did great! Unfortunately, the overall experience with this company wasn't so great due to a below-average product quality. I thought I had canceled my subscription way back in 2022, only to find out this year that they still charged me. Their website is kind of confusing on purpose, which doesn't help folks who aren't super tech-savvy like me when trying to cancel. Seems like they hope people forget about their subscriptions so they can keep making money off autopay. Finally got it sorted out after some back and forth, and they said they'll refund me. We'll see if that actually happens though.
