Part for a Z-Scale locomotive
I ordered a locomotive from them that wasn't even close to the condition they claimed. After my 5th attempt to contact them, threatening small claims court they finally responded and eventually made it right. I decided to give them another chance hoping my first experience was a fluke or oversite. It wasn't. I ordered a replacement truck for one of my engines. The description said it was for HO, so I emailed them to make sure it was in fact for Z-scale. They never answered me back. I was fairly certain it was for Z-scale so ordered it anyways. The descrition also said it was functional. Their picture of it was taken with it in a plastic bag which made it hard to see it clearly. It was for Z-scale but missing one of the metal contacts for the wheels, which made it useless and clearly not functional. After these experiences I now believe they purposely use deceptive practices to make a sale. Don't believe their descriptions, they will always say they are C7 or above and nothing is wrong. What you really get will be the luck of the draw. I will never buy from them again and advise others not too either

Deceptive Advertising and no Customer Service
I bought a used Z-scale Locomotive they said was in C7 condition. When it showed up it didn't work. I took off the cover and found the ends of the circuit board broken with a glob of solder to make it work. They also soldered the capacitor but it was a cold solder joint. It did run ok after I fixed the cold solder joint. But the condition is C4 at best and the lights will never work on it. They advertise 2 business days to answer back for customer service, but it has been over 8 business days, I have contacted both through website form and directly with email but have not heard from them. I called and got recording, waiting to see if they will call back. I want to return or exchange for an actual C7 locomotive, which it seems they have more than one. I should have paid more attention to the reviews, even though they overall are ok, for the last 10 months there have been more reviews similar to mine. I would not buy from them because you don't know what you will get. I paid a little more because I thought an e-store would be a little more honest about what they are selling, obviously not.
