Shipping address change issue
I've used this site before and had a good experience, but this time I ran into a problem with changing my shipping address. Even though I reached out to customer service within 24 hours of placing my order, they didn't update my correct address and my package didn't get sent out on time. Neither customer service nor the delivery service owned up to the mistake.
