    Just the facts here. You be the judge! 2/13/23 purchase Banish 46, Trust and a plethora of other addons. Immediately complete all of my digital signing, uploads, etc. 2/16/23 receive tracking for fingerprint cards. 2/20/23 return fingerprint cards. 3/14/23 receive email from CS confirming receipt of cards (almost a month after I sent them). 3/22/23 completed joint online certification (e-forms). 10/20/23 ATF approves e-form. 10/20/23 complete 4473 again in digital format. 10/23/23 receive confirmation 4473 has been completed. 10/24/23 receive tracking notification (getting excited). Waiting, waiting, waiting. Nothing. 10/27/23 I call to get status update. I'm told have to wait 7 business days for LEO informed confirmation. Good news is that time has been completed. Told my items were preparing to ship. Informed that silencers are send in bulk by state to a singular FFL who then ships them out. But, good news again, my product will be shipped in time for my gun opener here in PA. Waiting, waiting, waiting. 11/11/23 receive company "regrets" email to everyone. Processing delays. 11/13/23 call again. Wait forever to speak with someone. Was told there is a new system causing issues. Was told they would elevate my case and call me back. No return call but rather a generic email with language which was meaningless to the lay person. I sent a gentle yet somewhat scathing response email regarding keeping one's word and honoring the shipping commitment. 11/13/23 receive a return call from a supervisor. I am informed that no one in the warehouse is responding to their inquiry regarding my items. Was informed that after the bulk shipment to the FFL, that FFL has 72 hours to send out my items and will provide yet another tracking notification. Soon after, I receive another email with tracking notification but no tracking number. Waiting, waiting, waiting. 11/21/23 I call and wait for 14 other cases to be addressed. Speak with Rachel this time. She informs me that my shipment has been received by the PA FFL on 11/20/23 but that I will have to wait because the FFL is not shipping out until 11/27/23. When I inquire as to the 72 hours turn around I was informed of, she says, "People take vacations." Wow, just wow. She sends me a tracking number from the SC shipment to the FFL. It reads, "October 24, 2023 pre-shipment". Are you kidding me? All in all, CS delays and heal dragging has resulted in 2+ more months of waiting than necessary. Waiting for approval is bad enough. To have this company cause delay after delay is unacceptable. My Silencer Shop experience was seamless and shipping was swift after approval. Kiosk was a great experience and then the can comes in, you just stop in and grab it. Don't be fooled by the "We ship it right to your door" slogan. It's a bunch of BS!

    Stackable Turtle Ring

    They seem to have limited ring sizes so I ordered the size 8 thinking it would be plenty big to fit a middle finger. Sadly, this is the smallest size 8 I have ever seen. It's tiny and barely fits on my ring finger. Seems off with their sizing. Buyer beware. The stone color is very pretty, but when you can't wear it, what's the point. Since no selection for quality,mi had no choice but 1 star. Ordering was fine, service was fine, over priced for something I can't wear and delivery was fine. Sorry. 1 star for the ring itself.
