Tactical Gear Purchase
I had a pretty disappointing experience with Botach. I didn't realize that the item I bought would be drop-shipped, so I had to wait a long time for it to be shipped to them and then to me. It was frustrating and took up a lot of my time. I wish they had been more clear about this policy before I made my purchase. It was annoying not being able to cancel my order or get a refund. I'll definitely be more careful when buying from them in the future.
