Washer shocks
The must terrible run around.
When order placed on line it stated parts were in stock.
Day before we were to receive parts received e mail stating on back order.
Then the nightmare started. I had cancelled my order. Was told refund would be sent in 3-5 days.
I have called 10 times trying to get my refund. I have had to turn it over to my bank. The customer service is in another country. The try to talk to you in circles and you get no where. I wanted to give them a 0 but that choice was not available. DO NOT do business with them. Terrible company.
