Chairs
I ordered pairs of chairs for a great price. They got here pretty quickly, but only 2 of the 3 pairs I ordered arrived. My email indicated 3 were delivered so I contacted them right away. I was told the manufacturer had run out and since I knew they were being discontinued, I knew they weren't backordered. I needed six chairs so I had to return them. The customer service rep handled everything including sending me prepaid labels and always answered my emails very quickly (Rohin A.). As far as the chairs go, the only reason I didn't rate 5 stars was that they weren't quite as padded as advertised. They looked great, nice fabric and very sturdy. I would have kept them if I'd had 6 chairs for sure.
