I purchased a birthday item and I went in to modify the address because I accidentally put the wrong address. I went in to modify the address and it indicated that my order was out for delivery within an hour of putting it in the system. I called and the customer service person speaking Indian could not give me any information or tell me the local floral shop. This has to be a scam imitating edible arrangements which is who I thought I was ordering from. Now my Mom birthday is today and no arrangement. You all should be ashamed of yourselves for not know how to treat customers. I wish I would have seen the other reviews. Do not order from this company.
