4 oz filet mignons, 2
I was offered free shipping on initial order, so decided to try Agridime, despite being moderately low income. Included in my order was 2 '4oz' filet mignon steaks. Upon receipt, the size of them was pretty tiny, so some disappointment. Then I noticed they really didnot weigh the same. When I checked, one was 4.16 oz, and one was 3.3 oz. NOT ok. When I reached out to their customer service, I got an email asking me for a copy of the 'signed packing slip'. I did not keep the packing slip. I think the issue was that they wanted to see who packed the Box, as if it would be the responsibility of whoever packed it to make sure weights were appropriate and correct. Apparently, they think that this is the responsibility of the customer. After I cooled down a bit, I just sent them a copy of the order page from my email, which did show that I was an actual customer. Ever since I sent that, there has been no response from Noel Isaacs, customer service specialist. Apparently, my order and/ or my issue was not significant enough to deserve any further attention. Needless to say, I won't bother ordering again, I do feel that packages should reflect the actual weight of the item, and I do think that companies should keep copies of their packing slips or records of who packs what in any given day.
