Exchange policy flexibility
The exchange policy at Orthofeet is really great. I got some sandals not too long ago, but after wearing them for a while, I realized they were a bit too big. I remembered they had a 60-day trial period, so I decided to swap them for a half-size smaller. I was so happy at how easy and simple the whole process was.
