My new shirt and stickers
Oh my gosh, Miaou's return policy is seriously the worst! They only give you 14 days to return things, which is way too short if you ask me. And if you miss the deadline, tough luck because you're stuck with your purchase, can't even exchange it or get credit. And don't even get me started on trying to return a gift, it's the same strict rules. And their Customer Service is just a bot - I mean, where are the actual humans at? It's so frustrating!
