    Turboant X7 Scooter

    We bought two x7 scooters during a holiday deal. My scooter came poorly packaged and missing the handles. It was all scratched and dinged up that it did not look brand new. It took two weeks talking to customer support after all their questions and picture requests like I was some sort of liar for them to blame it on the courier. Why would the delivery company steal bar handles? They refused to send me a new scooter, told me to take it up with the delivery person and sent me the handles only. I was furious!

    Then, two months later the other scooter stopped working. Once again, we had to take pictures and videos of the scooter not working like we we're too ... to know how to turn it on. Then they told us to watch a youtube video so we could repair it ourselves!! My blood is boiling just thinking about it. When they finally sent us a shipping label, they gave us a box size requirement of 47x21x8. This is a very hard to find size, so I asked them for help or a resource where to buy it and I even gave them examples of boxes from FedEx. They would not confirm a ... thing, they just kept repeating the same information and told me if it was too big I would get charged and told me to use scissors to play arts and crafts with the box so it would measure what they asked for. To add insult to injury, the other scooter is already losing a considerable amount of range.

    Turbo ant is a pos company, their scooters are garbage, and their "warranty" is worthless when their customer service is .... STAY AWAY FROM TURBOANT.
