Wooden puzzle
I bought a puzzle as a gift. It arrived 3 weeks late and the puzzle was missing a piece. The puzzle was supposed to come in a nice wooden box, and it came in a burlap bag.
I contacted the company and told them the puzzle was missing a piece and it was missing the wooden box. They offered to refund me 5% of the cost. I requested they send me a complete puzzle with box. They offered to send me a 10% refund. What a joke.
I love the puzzle and we had fun putting it together even thought it was missing piece, but there are lots of people who sell the same puzzle. I would definitely NOT order from this company again.
