Plants
I bought some plants from this store and they came in pretty bad shape. One of them was already dead. When I called customer service to ask for a refund, they told me to plant them anyways and wait six weeks to see if they bounce back. That was not the guarantee I was expecting at all. I'm not happy with the plant quality or the response from customer service.
