Frozen meat order
My experience with this company really let me down. I ordered some frozen meat, hoping for some top-notch quality and a speedy delivery. Unfortunately, things didn't go as planned. First off, my packages arrived late, and they just sat out over the weekend without being refrigerated. That had me worried about the meat's quality and safety. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but never heard back from them. It was super frustrating to feel like they didn't care. On top of all that, my order never showed up. When I tried talking to an agent about it, they were totally unhelpful and ended up just hanging up on me. The whole thing felt like a big waste of time and money, and I was left feeling really let down and unhappy with the service they provided.
