Claim processing speed
I just went through a claim with this company and I gotta say, I was super impressed with how fast and well they dealt with it. My vet sent the claim straight to them and just a few days later, I got word that the first part of the claim was all set. I know there will probably be more stuff to send in as they keep looking into things and fixing stuff, but I trust that they'll keep handling it just as great and quick as they have been.
