Two items order mix-up
So, there was a little mix-up with my order, and I ended up getting the wrong items. But the customer service team was super quick to fix it - they sent me the stuff I actually wanted, and they even let me keep the wrong items. At first, I was pretty annoyed by the mistake, but the way they handled it totally changed my mind. Now I totally trust this company and I really appreciate how they care about making sure customers are happy. I'll definitely be coming back to shop with them again.
