Pants shorts
I purchased a pair of pants and a pair of shorts which took about 2 1/2 weeks to ship. I tracked The progress of the shipment and was alarmed when it said unable to deliver and was returning. I’ve been trying to call customer service but you get an answering machine and no one returned the call. So far I have no product and I’m out almost $200 .
I’ve never purchased from them directly, I always do use Zappos which is great, but Zappos doesn’t carry all their styles. I do like the clothing but I will never order from them again. Now I have to reverse the charges with Discover which is a pain in the ... Please avoid purchasing from this company .
