Last-minute birthday gift
I really needed to find a last-minute birthday present for my buddy, so I stumbled upon this thing. Even though everyone seemed to like it, my friend wasn't really into it. So, I hit up customer service to get a return label and they got back to me right away. I sent the thing back and got message saying they got it. But, then things got crazy when they said they wouldn't give me a full refund because they found "hair" on it. That's absolutely not true since we never used it and don't even have any pets. I felt totally ripped off and super mad that the company tried to keep more than half my money. I'm taking this up with the right people and won't stop until I get all my money back, no doubt about it.

Body contouring products, firming gel
I recently bought a body contouring product and a firming gel from this brand and I was really looking forward to trying them. But I have to say, I was pretty let down by the quality of the products. The body contouring product was a pain to put on and didn't really seem to make any difference to my skin. And the firming gel? It had this weird smell and left my skin feeling gross and sticky instead of tight. Overall, I didn't see any improvement in the tone or firmness of my skin after using these products. I was hoping for better results from a brand that's supposed to be all about body contouring.
