Issue with part
I bought this part thinking it would be the right fit, but it wasn't. I had to make some adjustments to get it to work. I left a review saying how frustrated I was with the situation. But then, out of nowhere, a Customer Advocate from the company got in touch with me. They were really helpful and ended up giving me a full refund without even asking for the part back. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast and efficient they were. It made a big difference for me.

Membership website usability
The website just isn't cutting it, especially the search function. It's basically worthless. Now they want members to pay just to see profiles and interests, which really sucks. Maybe it's time for a new site to come along.
