Quick and correct advice
I really love being able to get fast and accurate advice whenever I need some help. The advice I get is always spot-on and I really value that. However, I'm not a fan of when they try to trick you into signing up for more emails through sneaky tactics. It's pretty annoying and sometimes it's really tough to get them to stop bombarding you with even more emails.

eCommerce platform review
In the past five years, my experience with the eCommerce platform has been pretty disappointing. The platform just feels old and doesn't have some key features that are pretty standard in the industry. One big problem is that there's no way to have a blog on there, which makes it really hard to create interesting content for our customers. On top of that, there's no good app store, so we can't add useful tools to our online store.<br><br>Another thing that really bugs me is the new pricing - it's confusing and doesn't seem like a good deal for what you get. And the way the platform handles SEO is sketchy, with category pages that don't look professional and hurt our site's ranking in search engines. Plus, ever since the platform moved to Google, the website code and load times have gotten a lot worse, making it a pain for our customers to use.<br><br>The customer service folks try to help, but they just don't know enough about the technical side of the platform to really make a difference. Overall, it seems like Volusion is falling behind its competition and not listening to what customers like me have to say about how they can improve.
