Antivirus software purchase
Oh man, this antivirus software is a total disaster! I mean, come on, you'd think a company that's been around forever would have it together, but nope, McAfee is just a joke. I read all these horror stories on their forum and thought, "nah, it can't be that bad". Well, surprise surprise, it is! I thought as a Mac user I was safe from all the PC chaos, but nope, McAfee found a way to mess things up on my laptop too. The auto updates never work, installations take forever, and those pop-ups are so annoying. I finally reached my breaking point and just had to ditch this useless app. No refund, but it's definitely worth it to not deal with this mess anymore.

I just wanted to share that I reached out to tech support the other day for a minor issue and had a great experience! Andrew and Diego helped me out, and they were super fast and polite. It was really nice to get such awesome customer service. I hope they keep it up!

Cybersecurity solution for connected vehicles
I just bought a cybersecurity solution for my car from this company. I was really impressed with how they protect against cyberattacks on the ECUs without messing up the car's system. Setting it up was super easy, and now I feel better knowing my car is safe from unauthorized access. The customer service team knew their stuff and answered all my questions. The price was fair for the peace of mind it gives me. The only downside was that the delivery took a little longer than I thought, but it was worth it in the end.
