Shirt mishap
So, I ordered this really awesome shirt online, you know? But when the package showed up, it looked like someone messed with it and there was a completely different item inside! I was super disappointed, but I reached out to customer service and they were fantastic! Carissa was incredibly nice and helpful, she responded right away, gave me a refund, and placed a new order for the shirt. I was so relieved and pleased with how they dealt with the issue.
