Hard drives
I ordered 2 hard drives, got the 1st one with no issues but the 2nd one was a total mess. UPS couldn't drop it off because Best Buy messed up our address on the label – only half of it was there. Spent an hour on the phone with a rep who could barely speak English, they said they fixed it but UPS never got the update. Tried to change my address in my account but no luck. Not dealing with Best Buy again.

Bras that were too small
So, I bought these bras from this store and they were way too small, man. I checked the size chart and everything, but they still didn't fit right. And then, to make things worse, I couldn't even return them because they only give you one day to do it. I mean, come on, who can tell if something fits in just one day? It's totally insane and I ended up wasting $60.
