Sandals
I purchased a pair of $200 sandals for a vacation - they lost the original order and then the second shipment took almost 4-weeks. The shoes arrived the day after I left for my 3-week long vacation.
Was really frustrated that I didn't have them for my trip but decided to give the shoes a shot when I returned and wore them ONCE. The strap immediately snapped. Reached out to their customer service team to see if I could exchange or return and my order was out of the return policy time frame by a few days.
I only had the shoes on hand for a week because of their mess ups. The customer service team was awful - the opposite of helpful and extremely dismissive.
I will literally never buy anything from them again - looking forward to when their site shuts down.
