Matte trans lipstick
I recently got this Matte trans lipstick, and let me tell you - it was a complete disaster! Within just a month, the mechanism stopped working properly, and eventually, the whole thing fell apart. I had to scrape out the rest of the lipstick and transfer it into a jar just to keep using it. But wait, it gets worse! When I tried sharing my experience on their Instagram post, hoping they would see it and maybe address the issue, they actually blocked me! Can you believe that? So I did some digging and discovered that they block any negative comments to give the impression that everyone adores their products. Well, count me out! I'm never purchasing from them again, and I'll be sure to warn everyone about their shoddy quality every chance I get!

Great merch, high shipping costs
The merchandise is really good quality. I would've rated it even higher if the shipping costs weren't so crazy high. It makes me hesitant to order more often. They charge $13.99 for standard delivery, which seems way too pricey, especially since it's not even for express shipping. It just doesn't make sense to pay that much for returns.
