Slow support, not helpful
The support was super slow and not helpful at all. I had an issue and needed help, but all they did was send me these long articles to read. I never got a straight answer to my problem. It was so frustrating working with them.

Beautiful but overpriced bag with access issues
As a customer here, I recently bought this bag that I thought looked really nice. But man, was I let down when I saw the price tag for what it can actually do. The biggest problem for me was how hard it is to see or get stuff out of the bag once it's all packed up. I had to dump everything out just to find one thing, which was a pain and took forever. A simple fix would be to add another zipper at the top so I can actually see what's inside and grab things easily. That would make it way more practical for everyday use. Even with these issues, I gotta say this bag is super pretty and really well-made, so there's that.
