Book for gifting
I bought a book on April 19th to give as a gift on the 23rd but it didn't come on time due to being lost during delivery. Customer service sent another one, but when it arrived, it was damaged. I returned it on April 26th, yet I haven't received a refund despite complaining many times. This has been very frustrating and disappointing for me.

I have to say, my experience with these scarves was amazing. Everything from ordering to delivery went smoothly. I treated myself to 5 scarves as gifts, and they were all loved by the recipients. I wouldn't be surprised if they end up buying more in different colors because these scarves are just that great.
