E-scooter purchase
I just bought an e-scooter online and accidentally picked the wrong part. Luckily, the customer service rep I talked to was super helpful. She figured out the mistake, let me cancel the first order, and helped me order the right part. She made sure everything was good to go and didn't charge me a fee for canceling. I was really impressed with how awesome she was at helping me out.
