I am really frustrated because I bought some clothes back on February 1st and I still haven't received them, even though it's almost April now. The customer service is terrible - it's just some automated robot telling me to keep waiting, despite the fact that the tracking information hasn't been updated in ages. All I want is a refund, but they are refusing to give it to me.

"Free policy generator"
I needed a policy generator for free and I found this website. I made an account thinking I would get what they promised, but I was let down. They didn't have what I was looking for and I couldn't figure out how to delete my account. It was really frustrating.
