I recently purchased a puzzle online. Guess what? When it showed up, a piece was missing! Can you believe it? I reached out to them via email twice, but they insist they can't locate my order. I even have the emails to back up my claim! It's been two weeks and I'm still without a solution. How difficult is it to simply mail me a replacement piece? Take my advice and steer clear of them.

So I've been a customer for a while now and thought I'd go ahead and order my pet's usual meds. But guess what? Turns out my info got handed over to some company I never heard of called Vetster without me even knowing! That's a total invasion of my privacy and I did not appreciate being contacted out of the blue like that. So yeah, I'm definitely taking my business elsewhere from now on.
