Condolence gift delivery
I recently ordered a sympathy gift for a family going through a tough time, especially with kids. I picked out a mix of fruit and chocolate to bring them some comfort during this sad period. But here's the kicker - when I talked to them, turns out they got a plant instead of what I actually chose. Nobody from the company even let me know about the switch, which really bummed me out. The wrong delivery didn't match the caring gesture I wanted to send, and I felt let down by the lack of communication. All in all, I was really unhappy with how things went down, and I won't be using their services again.
