Frame quality and lens performance
I've gotta say, Muukal's customer service totally blew me away! I had a couple of problems with my orders – one needed a lens change, and the other had to be canceled 'cause the frames weren't holding my prescription right. But let me tell you, Muukal was right on it! They replied to my emails super fast and had both issues fixed in just two days. I was seriously impressed with how quickly and smoothly they handled everything.
