Scarf wrap
I just bought this really nice scarf wrap from this store and I gotta say, I'm really happy with it. This wrap is not just really pretty, but super useful too. It's way easier to wear than a vest, plus it keeps me warm and looking good. It's a cool new accessory for my wardrobe. The only downside is the price – I wish it was a little cheaper. If it was, I'd totally buy a few more in different colors.

I recently got some curtains online and I must say, the whole process was a breeze. They arrived promptly and surprisingly, they go perfectly with my room. They look even nicer in person! Before I placed my order, I called customer service to confirm the color. The person I talked to was really friendly and patiently addressed all my concerns. All in all, my shopping experience with this company was fantastic.

Multiple sale items
I recently bought some stuff on sale, but man, it was a letdown. The things I ordered never showed up, and when I reached out for help, it was a pain to get my money back. I had to send a bunch of emails and wait forever to finally get a refund. It really turned me off from ordering again, but I decided to give them another shot. It's been a month since I ordered again, and my stuff still hasn't shipped. This kind of wait is just not cool and says a lot about how they do business. Despite their cool denim, I can't say I'd recommend this brand because of all the shipping and customer service problems.

NFL jersey purchase
I just bought an NFL jersey from this store and the delivery process was not great. They gave me a delivery date, but when that day came and went, they made a bunch of excuses. When I called them out on it, they just kept making more excuses instead of owning up to it. Waiting two weeks for something that should have come sooner is not cool. I shouldn't have to deal with excuses or go through the hassle of returning the item after waiting so long.

The online class I took was awesome, mainly because of my teacher, Michelle Benson. She was super helpful, patient, and really understood where I was coming from during the whole course. Michelle gave clear and easy to understand explanations, useful tips, and feedback that really helped me learn a lot. I appreciate her dedication and knowledge so much.

Random assortment of household items
I gotta say, this place is a total joke. The store seriously looks like it's stuck in the 90s, and customer service? Forget about it. I tried using coupons and discounts, but their system screws it up every time. I'm not falling for this ripoff, no wonder their employees look miserable. The whole place just oozes negativity.

Diamond ring purchase
I bought this really gorgeous diamond ring online and let me tell you, the customer service was top-notch! This guy, Joe, seriously went out of his way to make sure I got the perfect size ring by offering to ship it super-fast. I was a little worried at first about buying online, but Joe talked me down and promised I'd love it - and boy was he right. The diamond sparkles like crazy, and they even included an appraisal. Huge shoutout to Joe for going above and beyond!
