Customer service experience
I was a customer at HomeSquare and I gotta say, their customer service was the worst. Trying to return an item was a nightmare because they make you pay for shipping. It just doesn't seem right, especially coming from a company that says they care about their customers. I wish they were more flexible and understanding. I was really let down by the lack of help and support I got.
