Travel backpack purchase
I bought a travel backpack from this online store a while ago and it's been awesome. So when I needed a new laptop backpack, I came back to check out what they had. But this time, man, what a mess! Spent like an hour trying to buy the backpack, but the website just kept giving me errors. Finally got through after a lot of struggle, or at least I thought I did. But I never got an email or anything to confirm my order. And when I tried to create an account to track my order, the site wouldn't let me do that either. Total bummer.

Faulty item return and customer service experience
I had a rough time at Ace Hardware the other day. I bought something that didn't work right, and when I tried to take it back along with something else I didn't need, they gave me a hard time. The lady I talked to was not very friendly, and she wouldn't take back the thing I didn't use. She wouldn't budge or tell me why. The vibe there was not cool at all, totally different from the other Ace Hardware I've been to.

Awesome shoes, wrong size boots
I'm really loving these shoes! The boots were a smidge too big, but the pumps, flats, and wedges fit just right. Make sure you measure your calves if you're going for taller boots!
Review about: MonoSurveys
My online survey experience
I gave those online surveys a shot, but man, that website needs to get their act together with those email invites. The "Participate Now" button doesn't do squat, so I had to jump through hoops just to get to the surveys. It's a pain in the neck, and I totally get why folks would throw in the towel. Hey, MonoSurveys, you gotta get on top of this pronto or you're gonna keep hearing all the gripes and watching customers bail.

Solar watch repair
My mom got this solar watch from that brand like 3 years ago. Right from the start, it was always like 8 minutes behind whenever it bumped into something. She took it back to the store 3 times trying to get it fixed, but no luck. And man, those repairs just dragged on and on. Eventually, my brother-in-law (he's an engineer) was able to figure it out after looking stuff up online. I wouldn't suggest buying anything from them, to be honest.
