As a customer of this hair care company, I have to say I am really let down by the service I got. I had a problem with my order, and they said they'd give me a refund, but I've been waiting for months. I've sent a bunch of emails and tried to sort it out, but all I've gotten back is unprofessionalism and no one taking responsibility. It's clear this company doesn't care about their customers or sticking to their own promises. I really suggest not buying from them because the service they give is just so disappointing.
