Vintage lamp
I bought this really cool vintage lamp from The Local Flea and I was so happy with it. It looked just like it did in the description, and it actually looked even better in person. The people working there knew a lot about the lamp and its background, which made my shopping experience even better. I really liked how they pay attention to details and care about being sustainable. I'll definitely be going back to find more special finds in the future.

Replacement pair of headphones
I just ordered a new set of headphones because my old ones crapped out on me. I was using them every day and really digging them. But man, I was so bummed when two months went by and I still hadn't gotten my order. I tried hitting up customer service with a bunch of emails, but I didn't hear back at all. It was super frustrating and made me feel totally neglected and unimportant as a customer.

Wedding dress order
I had to find a dress for this wedding I'm going to, so I ordered a bunch of styles. Only one of them was just right, so I sent the rest back using DPD. I got my refund really fast, like less than 10 working days! I saw some negative reviews, but I didn't have any issues at all. The clothes are gorgeous and I would totally buy from them again. Actually, I already ordered something else!

Auto-ship order
Earlier this year, I set up an auto-ship order that was supposed to include an email reminder before it was sent out. But I never got the email, and Urban Decay went ahead and charged my account without giving me a heads up. I reached out to customer service right away, but they were no help at all and said they couldn't cancel the order. I ended up having to pay for return shipping out of my own pocket. This lack of communication and uncooperative attitude is not okay, especially for a company like Urban Decay. It seems like they're purposely making it difficult for customers to return items.

This company is super shady. They make you put in your payment info right away, saying they won't actually charge you, but then they hit you with big fees without asking. I tried to cancel and tell my bank, but they kept charging me by saying I signed something online. Avoid them like the plague.
