Wedding dress order
I had to find a dress for this wedding I'm going to, so I ordered a bunch of styles. Only one of them was just right, so I sent the rest back using DPD. I got my refund really fast, like less than 10 working days! I saw some negative reviews, but I didn't have any issues at all. The clothes are gorgeous and I would totally buy from them again. Actually, I already ordered something else!

Water-based makeup purchase gone wrong
I made the mistake of listening to the chat suggestions when buying water-based makeup, and man, it was a total disaster. I spent $39.00 on the product, but when it came, it was terrible. The color was all wrong, and when I asked for a new one, it became a long back-and-forth email conversation. After 15 emails, still no replacement or refund, and now I'm out $39.00.

Camo jacket
I ordered this really awesome camo jacket from this store, expecting it to be great. But you know what? It arrived in a completely different color, like seriously, what the heck! Plus, it took forever to even arrive, like super slow. And the most annoying part is that the sizes are much smaller than they claim to be, which is definitely not cool.

This company is super shady. They make you put in your payment info right away, saying they won't actually charge you, but then they hit you with big fees without asking. I tried to cancel and tell my bank, but they kept charging me by saying I signed something online. Avoid them like the plague.
