Replacement bracelet purchase
I just have to say, the customer service I got was absolutely amazing! I was having trouble with my bracelet and Lea seriously came to the rescue in record time. Not only was she super nice, but she also went above and beyond to help me find a solution. Lea even sent me a new bracelet that same day, before I could even return the original one. The packaging was so pretty, and the added touch of a card with a special message was really thoughtful. My daughter was so excited with the unexpected gift. The jewelry designs are so delicate, gorgeous, and unlike anything else out there, plus they're a great deal compared to those fancy, overpriced stores. I'm definitely going to keep coming back as a loyal customer!

I'm really happy with the phone cases I bought since they're eco-friendly. Sure, I've had some problems like the case breaking near the charging port and the color fading a bit over time. But I get that it's worth it since it's made of eco-friendly materials instead of plastic.
