Seating furniture
I recently got in touch with 4seating because I had ordered some seating furniture from them, but one piece was missing. I was kind of frustrated, but I reached out to their customer service and talked to Megan. She was really nice and listened to my concerns. Megan quickly fixed the issue for me, which was impressive. She was really professional and handled everything so well.
As for the furniture itself, my family and I love it. It's super comfy and we use it all the time. The quality is great and we're really happy with our purchase. Overall, I have to say that 4seating is a fantastic company with amazing employees who genuinely care about their customers.
