    Quinn Dining Table

    On August 6, 2021 I ordered a Quinn dining table. My card was charged for $2500.
    Prior to placing the order I confirmed with your representative by phone that the table was in stock. On December 27, almost five months after placing the order, the table arrived, but with no hardware - so useless to me. I have followed up repeatedly with Jose Coreas, Operations Manager. After first denying responsibility, Jose acknowledged the mistake and assured me the missing parts would be shipped and I would be receiving the tracking information. Neither the tracking information nor the parts have ever arrived, and Jose is now ghosting me. If you don't believe my story, check Jose's emails. This matter needs to be rectified immediately. If not, I will take legal action and post my story all over the web. Kind regards, Erin Young.
