Fabric with misleading design size
I gotta tell you, I'm really not happy with how things went down at that store. The fabric I got didn't look at all like the picture online, especially when it came to the size of the design. Dealing with two returns was a big pain, and let me say, the first return was anything but easy. The customer service team just kept sending me the same generic email about being concerned, but they never actually helped me with how to return the stuff. It took forever for me to finally get that item returned, and by then, I was super frustrated. It's a shame 'cause they really do have a lot of fabric options, both on sale and regular prices, but not having fabric samples made it tough for me to know what to choose.
