Free trial disappointment
I really dislike that they don't offer refunds if you forget to cancel the free trial. It feels like they're just all about making money by restricting what you can do with your own stuff. It's like they're pushing you to upgrade to premium. I wouldn't recommend using this website unless you're okay with getting taken advantage of!
