    Bag not delivered, refund not received

    I'm really let down by the customer service I got from this company. I waited a whole month and a half for a bag that never showed up, and when I reached out to ask for a refund so I could get another bag or a new one, I haven't gotten either. This whole situation has been super stressful and disappointing, especially since it was supposed to be a gift from my husband for Valentine's Day. The fact that the company hasn't sorted this out or kept me in the loop is not cool at all.

    Pod system and e-liquids

    I gotta be real with you, my time with this website was a total nightmare. I was really excited to treat myself to a pod system and some e-liquids, even sprung for 2-day shipping. But man, it took over 2 and a half weeks for my stuff to show up. I sent emails asking for updates, but got no response or just some vague reply that didn't help. It felt like they were ghosting me, and I had no idea what was going on with my order. When my package finally arrived, I was like, "Was this really worth it?" I tried to talk to the company about my concerns before writing this harsh review, but they didn't even bother to reply. Talk about disappointing customer service. And to top it off, their phone line was useless because no one ever answered when I called. I'm never using them again. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.

    Overpriced purchase

    Honestly, I think the product is pretty solid, but let's face it - the price is way too high. I mean, who can really afford to drop $500 every month on this? I know they give discounts to consultants, but why not spread the savings around to all customers? I found way better deals online, and I bet most folks will do the same. It's a bummer because the product is actually pretty good, but the price is just way too much.
