Christmas gift purchase
I bought this as a Christmas present for my mom, but I've been struggling to get it all set up and I've reached out for help a few times. I've sent three emails and even asked for a phone call, but I still haven't gotten any help. It's frustrating and feels like a waste of money right now. I really hope to hear from them soon so I can get it set up right for my mom.
